The only snag I’d say were small things however important considering refrigerator temp a challenge and window not properly locking. I submitted maintenance request however could be up to 48 hrs. Lastly, the new tenant parking spots were all taken even though do not seem to be people moving in. Otherwise great Thanks

submitted by Dana D. - |Recommended: YesReview — Overall i’ve had a great experience moving in. The property is gorgeous and I feel very safe. The maintenance supervisor was really disrespectful to my boyfriend on the day we moved in and it took 3 days to come out and fix my air conditioning. I saw multiple maintenance guys smoking blunts outside the apartment complex which wasn’t a good look and the elevator smelled like smoke. I felt like it wasn’t a priority to them meanwhile it’s considered an emergency. Sean was a huge help to me and I appreciated him for taking this issue seriously. I’ve also been having a difficult time with the noise from my upstairs neighbors. They are loud at all hours of the night and i’m a nurse so I prioritize my sleep.

submitted by Rachel W. - |Recommended: YesOverall 4 — Move in was a little rough. There wasn’t many places to park while we were moving things in. It was hard to get ahold of anyone when I had questions and when there was maintenance issues they would come and only complete half the tasks so I would have to make another request. My WiFi was not setup properly before moving in so that has been a pain to try to get fixed.

As someone who is new to the area and from overseas, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and helpful everyone has been. A special thanks to Dorrion, Sydney and the rest of the team for making the transition so much smoother. The apartment itself is fantastic, there's a great ambiance, and it’s clean and well-maintained. I’ve also been really impressed with the overall community here it’s a wonderful, supportive environment that makes me feel right at home.
