How do I schedule a tour?

To schedule your Sage at Jeffrey Park Community Tour, click the Schedule a Tour tab, select a date and time that work best for you and complete the contact form. A Team member will reach out to confirm your tour and apartment interest. We look forward to seeing you soon!

How do I start an application?

To start an application click on the Apply tab on the top navigation bar or Apply Here. If you already have an account with us login on the right hand side or complete the information under create an account. From there you can select your new apartment, lease length and rate.

What happens on a tour?

During the tour at The Sage at Jeffrey Park your Community Associate will tour you through available floorplans, exclusive community amenities, utilities information, review the application process and answer any additional questions you may have.

Where is the Community Office located?

The Sage at Jeffrey Park Community Office is located at: 680 Civitas Ave Columbus, OH 43215. Future residents can park in designated spots in front of the office.

Can I tour at Legacy, Foundry and Iron Works at Jeffrey Park while at the Sage?

If you tour at the Sage and want to see more of Jeffrey Park, the Sage team will take you to the Jeffrey Park Office and set up a tour for you.

What fees or deposits are required prior to moving in?

​To submit an application future residents will pay the admin fee & application fee. Fees due at move in: Community Fee, Security deposit and first months prorated rent. Contact the office for more information.

What appliances are included?

All apartments will include washer/dryer machines, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge and in unit HV/AC. Click here to view our model appliances

How do I sign up for renters insurance? And for how much?

Each resident will be required to provide Home Owners Insurance at move-in with a minimum policy of $100,000. Renter's insurance is also available through HomeBody - Renters Insurance

What is the Thrive Card?

The Thrive Card is exclusive to Thrive Residents. The Thrive Card is a free digital pass that provides exclusive discounts and activities to local businesses around central Ohio. Contact the office to learn more today!

What does the Thrive Referral Bonus include?

The Resident Referral is a $300.00 credit applied to your account when anyone moves in that you referred to the property. Contact the office for more details.

How do I set up my utilities?

An account is automatically set up when you move into the community. You will receive a bill 45 days after moving in, log into the account and finalize your Nationwide Energy Partners portal. Contact the office for more information.

How are packages delivered and stored?

Packages are delivered to the ButterflyMX package room. The driver will tag your address once stored in the package room and you will receive a notification that you have a package ready for pick up. We also provide a refrigerator for any perishable items.

What parking options do you have? and how much?

The Sage offers reserved parking in the Sage surface lot through Parkade for $125/mo. and permit parking in the garage for $100.00/mo.

How does guest parking work?

Guests can utilize free street parking. Residents are able to reserve a guest a parking space through the Parkade App at a rate determined by Parkade.

Do residents get a discount to Bada, the onsite coffee shop and bar?

Yes! Residents get 10% off at Bada via the Thrive Card, along with a variety of other discounts and promotions! 

What is the nearest grocery store?
